　　③The installation environment of the molecular pump factory should meet the technical requirements and vacuum hygiene requirements.

　　④ Confirm that the protective net has been installed, and special protective net can be customized under special circumstances.

　　⑤ The molecular pump factory should confirm that the lubricating oil has been loaded.

　　⑥Installation direction: oil rope lubrication: vertical and horizontal; oil lubrication: within the range of ±5° in the vertical direction; grease lubrication: any angle.
