1. Before installing the high-temperature vacuum magnetic valve, carefully check the product label parameters and actual working conditions, and check whether the installed vacuum magnetic valve fully meets the requirements for use. It is recommended that the user assign a special person to be responsible for the use and maintenance.

　　2. This step is very critical and can be easily overlooked. The vacuum magnetic valve is a precision part. Before installation, the pipeline and overcurrent equipment must be fully cleaned to completely remove the metal welding slag, residual raw material belt, rust and other impurities in the pipeline. There may be impurities in the medium, the filter should be installed in front of the valve, it is recommended not to be less than 100 mesh.

　　3. During installation, steam condensation water and impurities should be prevented from depositing in the high temperature solenoid valve.

　　4. In order to ensure the normal use of the vacuum magnetic valve, after installation, it is necessary to conduct 5~10 trial runs through the medium before it can be officially used.

　　5. When the vacuum magnetic valve is working, pay attention to the working pressure before and after the valve. The maximum working pressure should not exceed the nominal pressure. When the minimum working pressure difference is required, the working pressure difference of the pipeline must be greater than the minimum pressure difference to prevent the solenoid valve from failing. When the nominal pressure or the maximum working pressure is exceeded, the system should stop using, reduce the working pressure or replace the high-pressure solenoid valve.

　　6. During normal maintenance, the dirt in the valve should be cleaned regularly.

　　7. When the medium of the high temperature vacuum magnetic valve is heat transfer oil, when it is removed from the pipeline, use carbon tetrachloride (CCL4) to clean the internal parts of the valve, and use compressed air to clean and store. When disassembling and cleaning, all parts should be placed in order , and then return to its original state.

　　8. When the high-temperature steam vacuum magnetic valve operates, the steam condensed water and gas should be removed first, and then try 5~10 again, and it can be put into use after the operation is normal.
