Structural characteristics of high-quality vacuum magnetic valve

　　1. Since the operating pressure of the high-quality vacuum magnetic valve is in a vacuum state, it cannot be started with pressure, so only a direct-acting solenoid valve can be used, and a pilot-operated solenoid valve is used when the ordinary solenoid valve has a pressure difference;

　　2. The high-quality vacuum magnetic valve has very high requirements for leakage. Therefore, the sealing method cannot be sealed with a gap, and a high degree of sealing of the connection should be ensured;

　　3. The air flow sequence of the vacuum magnetic valve is a reverse flow state;

　　4. Stainless steel is generally used as the material for high-quality vacuum magnetic valves, while the body material of ordinary solenoid valves is not required.

　　Precautions for installation of high-quality vacuum magnetic valve

　　1. When installing, it should be noted that the arrow on the valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium. Do not install in places where there is direct dripping or splashing. The solenoid valve should be installed vertically upwards;

　　2. The high-quality vacuum magnetic valve should be guaranteed to work normally within the fluctuation range of the power supply voltage of 15%-10% of the rated voltage;

　　3. After the high-quality vacuum magnetic valve is installed, there must be no reverse pressure difference in the pipeline. And it needs to be powered on several times to make it suitable for temperature before it can be officially put into use;

　　4. The pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned before installing the solenoid valve. The incoming medium should be free of impurities. Install filter before valve;

　　5. When the high-quality vacuum magnetic valve fails or is cleaned, in order to ensure the continuous operation of the system, a bypass device should be installed.
