  1. Adopt mechanical automatic pressure regulating bypass valve

  The bypass valve is installed on the bypass line between the outlet and inlet of the Roots vacuum pump equipment. This valve controls the differential pressure between the pump inlet and outlet not to exceed the rated value. When the pressure difference reaches the rated value, the valve is automatically opened by the pressure difference, so that the outlet and the inlet of the Roots pump are connected, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet is rapidly reduced. At this time, the Roots pump works under a load with almost no pressure difference.

  2. Adopt hydraulic coupling

  The use of hydraulic coupling can also prevent the overload of the pump, so that the pump can work under high pressure difference. After the vacuum system is started, when the pressure at the inlet of the Roots pump is lower than the given value, the pressure sensitive element sends a signal to turn on the Roots pump through the electrical control system.
