The disassembly and assembly steps of the type rotary vane vacuum pump are briefly described as follows:

 

1. Disassembly of 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump:

2. Loosen the flange screws of the inlet nozzle, pull out the inlet nozzle, loosen the flange screws of the gas ballast, and pull out the gas ballast valve.

3. Remove the fuel tank.

4. Remove the check valve split pin, and remove the check valve impeller.

5. Remove the connecting screw between the support and the pump, and remove the pump assembly. Whether the motor is removed depends on the convenience.

6. Loosen the pump cover screws, remove the pump cover, and pull out the second rotor and the rotary vane. When removing the low-level rotor, remove the split pin first.

 

Second, the assembly of the rotary vane vacuum pump

1. Clean the parts with gauze to prevent the oil holes from being clogged by thread back. It is best to clean with cleaning fluid and brush.

2. After installing the rotary vane into the rotor slot, install the high-grade rotor into the stator body, install the L high-grade pump cover, pins, screws, keys, and couplings, and rotate it by hand. There should be no leakage and obvious weight. When installing, make the top surface of the stator face down so that the rotor can be close to the arc surface of the stator with the help of gravity. The gap is preferably 0.01mm.

3. The assembly method of the low-level rotor is the same as above.

4. Install non-return valve impeller and other non-return parts. Make sure that the plane of the check valve head is aligned with the oil hole of the oil inlet. Rotate the rotor according to the working direction and lightly by hand. Block the impeller in the reverse direction, and the oil hole should be opened and closed. Adjust the maximum opening height of the valve head plane to 0.8-1.2 mm, which can be achieved by moving the position of the check valve seat and rubber check valve head in the stem hole. Simple method: facing the impeller, make the Φ3mm drive pin in the right-hand horizontal position, turn the impeller clockwise, the opening height of the check valve head plane is close to the maximum at this time, should be 0.8~1.2mm. After the rotor stops at any position and the hand is released from the impeller, the check valve head should automatically fall to close the oil hole.

5. Install the exhaust valve, oil baffle and other parts of the 2XZ rotary vane vacuum pump.

6. ​​Install the pump, key, coupling, and motor on the support.

7. Install the fuel tank.

8. Insert the inlet nozzle, gas ballast valve, and install the flange tightly.

 

Note:

1. Apply clean vacuum pump oil to the friction surface during assembly.

2. Remember the original assembly position of the parts, which can reduce the running-in time.

3. The fasteners should not be loose.
